Your Internet speed might be too slow. You’ll need a minimum Internet speed of 2MB/S to use streaming services.
Check your wireless connection and consider moving the wireless router closer to the TV. If this doesn't work, please refer to our Wifi Troubleshooting for your Englaon TV guide for further troubleshooting.
If possible, connect your TV to the router using an ethernet cable. This will give you a higher speed for streaming.
