20/11/2023 - Netflix Playback fault on Android 9 Smart TVs. We are currently investigating an issue, first reported on 18/11/2023, affecting our Android 9 TVs when trying to watch a show. We are currently working on a permanent solution to this issue and an update will be provided once we are able to do so.
